Apparently from the NHS but I was suspicious as it was a mobile number, and there was a lot of background noise like from a call centre. They asked whether I had symptoms of COVID, whether I had downloaded the app, and attempted to confirm my address. The address they had for me was a very old address so I knew it wasn't legitimate.
Street view certainly did not look to be Amazon HQ!
