Text saying they are Paypal and have put a hold on my account, had a link in the text message to regain full access to my paypal account (paypal-resolutions163.com). The link doesn't look like a paypal link so I didn't click it and don't recommend anyone to click it either.

Fraud. Amazon scam call. It states an amount is to be taken from ones account and to press 1 if you have not authorised it. Obvious scam call.
SPAM claimed was hmrc fraud. press 1 to connect.. hung up on them. hmrc do not phone you
