Margaret from the (tax) reclaims department called from 02032395382 to my landline. She informed me I was due ?4225 to cover the various taxes I had paid and asked how I should like to receive it. I suggested a cheque would be the safest way and she told me the cheque number was 934158 and could be drawn on within 20 minutes of paying into my bank - she then quoted a bank I have not used for many years. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2036346xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with direct marketing, insurance marketing, accident claims. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
