They are a credit card company who ring u when you have missed a payment.
I thought it is now illegal to cold call or am I wrong?

Refused to say who he was or what company he was from or why he was calling - just wanted to know my name. Very dodgy.
An Indian sounding lady claimed to be Sky internet and that my internet was being hacked by someone and offered to clean things for me at no cost. Obviously a scam!
