This is not the first time they have rung but I don t ring back unless I know the number. However, this time when I answered a woman spoke to me (previously heard background office noise but no one spoke). Asked about an accident , didn t know male or female was involved, said was from Halton borough council yet was a Kent number, sketchy on phone, very suspicious due to non innformation
