Phoning to say that you had accident recently. Seem to think the details are correct they have told them it's false and ask where they got my details did not answer me. Got this call 14/12/2015 at 17:10 on my mobile. Very unhappy with getting harrassed.

Phoned to say they are closing my 'case file' they hold on me in relation to the accident I had and to make sure I was happy. In actual fact they don't hold a case file, the only information they held was my name and phone number and knew that i'd had an accident in the last 3 years, and they had received this from a 3rd party. - so basically a complete LIE to try and sell me something I expect.
