Just received a call from this number. Guy in a busy call centre said he was calling about mis-sold finance or payment protection insurance prior to 2011. Said I d never had anything on finance, and the guy said he would remove my details from the database. In reality this just means they won t phone you again for that particular campaign, but you can guarantee your details are not deleted. Re comments about CV library from others on this page, this is quite coincidental because I have my details on CVli
Fraud, I didn't pick up, they left a voicemail which was an auto generated voice talking about "legal action against you and your NI number" telling me to "press 1"....on a voicemail... Scammers trying to scare people presumably into giving out personal info e.g. NI number
They call leaving a message asking to call them back ! never heard of them but they know my name ?
Got a call from that number just now. It is a scam designed to con people out of money. Pretending it is HMRC which never operates in this manner. HMRC will always write to you ...
