This is Zenith Windows. I called Zenith Head Office and they confirmed this. Their Portsmouth address is Osborne Road Portsmouth Hampshire PO5 . If you want them to answer your call then you need to call 02992 295929 or 02392 295613. I told them now I have their address I was taking legal action and a manager apologised and told me he would bar calls to my number immediately. He is aware I will take legal action if I get 1 more call ... Hope this helps guys ..

Got call early this morning recorded message stating my visa card, not saying what bank or company, had been charged £999 and if it wasn't me I was too press 1...I didn't do it just waited to see how long before it disconnected.... About 20 seconds. Total scam.

There was a recorded announcement of two misuses of my credit card (one of them Tesco). No mention of who was calling. A recorded announcement asked me to "press 2 and hold" to speak to customer service. A male voice with a strong foreign accent then asked me for my personal details. When asked what bank he was from the phone went dead.

I asked them to tell me the address to which they claimed the debt was overdue on, but they couldn't. When I told them that I have never had an account with Scottish Power, they became very aggressive and eventually told me to f..k off and hung up on me.
