Came through to my mobile as suspected spam blocked by provider so my phone didn't ring read reviews so marked it dangerous
Claimed to be from Currys PC World but was speaking in very broken English. They asked what phone I was using but other than that I could barely understand them.
Phoned today at12.15 pm. Fairly gruff voice. Purportedly from BT. Asked me to confirm that I had been in touch with BT this morning. As I had, I said yes. There was some hesitation and a lot of background noise. I asked what he wanted. He asked if contact was by phone or mail (I think). I replied that the contact was on the internet and he abruptly ended the call.
This was a, "Hi there", on WhatsApp. Nothing further. I didn't respond.
Call was from Inchcape warranty about my Mercedes
