This number called me at 10:15 on a SUNDAY morning when I was getting ready to go to church. A recorded message claimed a new text message was waiting for me. I hung up as this is unacceptable practice.

Initial intro suggested it is someone trying to sell loans. Must be a scam so cut the call
The caller knew my name and asked me if had time to answer some questions about my energy supplier. I said that I had no time for a survey and the I blocked the number.
