Silent call - I answered but kept quiet, no one said anything on the other end so likely cold call/call centre or scam

Receiving almost daily calls with recorded message saying "Everyone qualifies for grant for a new boiler. Press 2 to speak to us or 8 to be removed from our call list"...
Be highly cautious of this number Started out thinking that it may be genuine because of the Southampton number, but as I pressed them for more info I got more suspicious! He said he had all my details but needed verification so I said put some forms in the post, he refused this! So I asked him if I had requested his call, he wouldn t answer and kept on. I explained I was on the TPS system and to contact me with a unsolicited sales call was breaking the law. He then said they were regulated by the ministry
Had a missed call from here, called back they asked if it was me, I said yes and they hung up!

Received calls from this number and 01156470868 within minutes of each other; neither produced an response from the caller when answered. Annoying! Blocked both for my sanity and peace from telemarketers, frauds and scammers. Hopefully the 'Cold-calling; legislation comes in soon!
