SUSPECT SCAM - claiming to be part of BT Broadband team, saying broadband has faults showing. Asked me to download AnyDesk to allow them remote access to "upgrade my router". Out the phone down on them. Immediately got calls back from other random numbers (001607...., 001032..). trying to get through to me again.
Said they were from BT, saying our internet had been used by other parties (illegally)

Apparently I have life insurance details to sort out (I m in early 20s), I have multiple PPI claims from vague loans I must have taken out at some point before I was born, and I have car insurance - despite the fact I neither own a car nor have a license. But of course, this is for my benefit as "they are not selling a thing". They refused to name themselves each time they called me so I hung up.
