Call center Maintenance Company, asks if you have any issues, then asks if you're a home owner or tenant, if you're a home owner they will just put the phone down on you. If tenant I'm assuming more questions.

This number called me on Saturday 2nd June saying it was BT. His name was Robert Jones....with an Asian accent. Do they think we are thick or what. I don’t feel like reporting to fraud team as last time I did nothing happened. What are we supposed to do when we get scam calls. Don’t say put the phone down as I did eventually? TIA
