I didn't recognise this number but it turned out to be Specsavers in Horsham, Sussex.
Suspicious & blocked. Fraud/SCAM. Got a text from this mobile number (looks like uk mobile, but lookup says uk localisation from Russia) saying I had a voicemail. Checking with my uk provider confirms no voicemail. URL in text message redirects to dodgy German website.

I received a call from this number 026 9275 8801 saying my national insurance number is used for different activity, and it is a machine talking

SCAM automated phone call saying national insurance number is cancelled.
Spam call - the usual "I believe you've been involved in an accident that wasn't you fault" rubbish, and hung up as I was asking them to remove my records from their system.
