This is a automated survey regarding your recent experience of hospital services including that of Grimsby. If you miss the call you will be called back. The downside to this is that after missing the call and being advised on voice mail that it was Scunthorpe hospital trust calling you cannot call anyone back and I had 8 hours of worry thinking they were contacting me about recent medical tests undertaken. I never dreamt that it was a survey!
