Scam caller acting as Currys saying they were giving customers free mobile phone upgrades and claimed to of been calling from London despite it being a Cardiff number. This guy called me about 1-2 months back under a different name and claimed it wasn’t him when I clearly remember the exact voice

NEVER call an unknown number back as you may be calling a Premium Rate orvInternational number which will add a large charge to your bill.
SCAM - Automated call supposedly from HMRC about a case being taken out against me and to press 1 to talk to someone about it. Or you could just end the call and block the number and report to phishing@hmrc.gov.uk
