Lady with foreign accent called to say she could get a refund from the bank for me. I said if its PPI I haven t had a loan so you can t help. She said hang on do you have any credit cards, I asked who she was, she didn t reply & asked about credit cards again, I told her I was not giving away personal details to a stranger on the phone, so she called me STUPID, I got angry & said how dare you call me & say that, she said you are STUPID & put down the phone. As above,these people are a total nuisance & registering with tps is a waste of time. Perhaps if we all deluge tps with complaints every time we have such a call they might just take some action eventually, but I m not holding my breath!
