Asked me about health and was I having trouble getting doctors appointments. Not the sort of call I would want to respond to!

I was called by this number at 08:18 this morning by someone claiming to be "Amazon Prime" (recorded message) and invited to be transferred to cancel a subscription ('press 1'). The person then asked for my details and, when questioned, told me that it is not possible to contact Amazon directly or my bank over this. The conversation stank so I discontinued the call.
Text from this number asking for £1.50 for parcel delivery fee. No parcels due! Must be Scam!
