This number is part of the same range used by some general call centre - they are already reported with telemarketing, fake PPI, accidents (car mainly) claims etc, so be aware if this one calls... Did someone answer it already?

Called by Smith Care Comfort about 18 months ago and my mother-in-law and daughter had been in an accident in our car. I was very suspicious then and gave very little details including an old e-mail address. Having checked the e-mail they sent, I knew it was a scam and deleted it.....on the e-mail it mentions these guys "Saigol Expert Guidance" so they are one and the same.
