Called my mobile, I have an app that tells me if it's a spam call if the number is not in my contacts. This came up as "Suspected Spam - debt collector" - Not sure if it was, I didn't answer. Searched a couple of these sites and the number is not listed anywhere - very odd

Probably a scam, left a voice message in what I assume was Mandarin so I didn't understand it. Just block and report.
Harassing Keep blocking their number so they call from a slightly different one Really irritating
SCAM Fraud this number was used to try and scam Fraud people out of money.
Left a message saying they are from the Chinese Embassy and then rest of voice message is in Chinese. I receive at least one call a day from different mobile numbers illegally from the Chinese Embassy.
SCAM , said they have a warrant to arrest me on tax evasion but they are retarded because I'm a student
