Called - knew my name and that I had had an accident and the year. Claimed they were following up on police and ofcom complaints about people getting the 'You've recently had an accident - claim now' calls. Went through details of the accident confirmed what I had already told insurers. Got a second call - didn't answer as was at work no message left.

Company calling themselves "Legal Consultants" called regarding the RTA the name on my tesco club card had had. Unfortunately that name is of a dead cat and she never drove even when she was alive. They called my mobile number but used a number faked to my local area code even though they were not in the local area. Dodgy as hell if they are pretending to be in your local area, and lying about having RTA information then do NOT trust them with anything.

Missed a few calls from this number over the last week or so, looked up the number on the net and leads me to believe they are trying to tell people they have been mis-sold PPI and are due refunds...lovely i ll take mine now then thanks, altho i ve never had a loan so never paid PPI. suspect what they really want is personal info to sell on. think i ll answer the next time they call ...with my panic alarm down the speaker
