Automated message plays immediately upon pick-up asking for a fictitious person (i.e. Kevin Smith) to call them - have had lots of these calls.

SKY TV. Rude cold calling harrassment. Said he could improve my SKY TV deal. (I don t have Sky). Told him he shouldn t be making unsolicited calls tomy number. He said he was allowed to as I d opted in to receive marketing calls on my account and he wanted to improve my deal. (Clearly lying....I don t have SKY TV, nor an account). When answered silence then cut off - (did not answer call - but checked number - had no previous checks - so phoned back - dead line)
