The call connected to an announcement: "I m sorry, that s not a valid extension. I was called shortly after I renewed my car insurance with Saga.The lady said she was from Saga and wanted to check a few details which made me suspicious.I cut the call short and said I wasn t prepared to give information over the phone. I m glad that the call was actually from Saga but I m really concerned that, as a company dealing with older people, they are making sales calls.Some vulnerable people will be coerced into taking out insurance. Shame on you, Saga.
