I once answered the phone and asked who is it and they automatically cut off. I find it strange how this is becoming the norm all of a sudden. I refuse to change my number though if you call me, I think it is only right that you introduce yourself first. Since they did not I know they have something to hide!!! Telemarketing, very unfriendly, constant calling using different numbers after I have blocked the previous numbers. Claim to be a company called Beneficial. After being very clear about not wanting to be contacted by them and to take my number off my records they were very rude and said that they would not stop calling me in an aggressive tone.

It s PetPlan, who are clearly the most unreliable and untrustworthy company to do business with. Aggressive telemarketing, with three to four calls a day. The only sensible thing to do is to block them from coming through.

The number as reported has only 10 digits, it needs 11 to be valid. Some Santander numbers do start 05511 so in principle it s probably genuine, except too short.
