The above number sent me an sms that has a suspicious link with the message that my PayPal account has been suspended. In order to resolve the issue they were asking me to log onto my PayPal account through the link. I contacted PayPal they said they didn't send any text message and that my account wasn't suspended. So they are scammers based in Kazhakstan.
Multiple calls every day. When I answer line goes dead and cuts off. Have heard it’s barclays partner finance but never get to speak to someone.
