I answered the call only to be put though to another number and then they don’t say anything ???? when I tried to call this number in question I was told I don’t have permission to call this number . I have had other calls like this in the past and block them but they just call back the next day on a new number and there is nothing I can do to stop it . Makes me really angry ????

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center from Glasgow - this range of numbers 14156892xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with scottish power, but also Post Code Lottery.
