Call centre - Answered this call from a "London based" number. Asian accented male voice, company name unrecognisable trying to sell monthly mobile phone deal. Suspect this is a Calcutta based operative going through a hub to look like a UK caller. Almost impossible to understand the badly fractured spoken English. Hung up because I said it was a rubbish deal.

I made payment to these people too, for advertising in an upcoming event brochure of almost ?230, (I stupidly paid twice, as they rang back the next day and said the payment hadn t gone through, I did actually check with my bank, and there was nothing showing as having gone through the day before, but it did appear within a few days]. since i got this number over 10 yeats ago i ve been getting various calls from organisations who are incompanemt enough to either buy old out of date information, or on being told their out of date and promising to delete, fail to do so. they get more money if the info looks legit resulting in me getting more calls from the next one in line

This number called me twice today. It is an unknown number to me, but is known to other users who have reported it. No messages left. I am sick of being targetted!
Flagged as scam on Samsung so did not pick up. Have a business phone so would not expect personal life insurance call. Honestly, GDPR was a waste of time, penalising honest businesses but scammers and thiefs are safe? Just don't pick up a number you don't know, why would your Insurance call you? They never do.

Automated voice delivered initial message re: an accident I may have had in the last 3 years. When the message was delivered I was then asked to confirm I had been in an accident. I hung up and blocked the call at this point.
