Silence when picked up phone, then automated voice saying "goodbye" very dodgy.
Called to ask about my mum being in a vehicle collision whilst driving in the last 3 years. She doesn't even drive! Weird company just trying their luck I think.

SCAM Seems to be a call center as noisy line. Tried to obtain bank details etc under false pretences, alleging an engineer from BT has detected problems on my home landline and that without rectification I could incur £+ costs but if remedial action is taken quickly charges may be reduced. I asked for their engineer and departmental details but got nowhere so advised would call BT myself and the caller rang off. One for OfCom and other authorities.

SCAM / SPAM Refund scam claiming to be from Amazon Prime. Wanted to put me through to a colleague for a refund at which I said "oh the refund scam". Line went dead.

Got a call today asking to talk to home owner
This is the second time in as many weeks I've had a call from this number. When I answer I get no reply and then the line goes dead!?!
