Made out they were connected to EE & that EE were identifying biz customers & moving them onto different tarrifs & his companies job to make sure I was on right tarrif. Then asked about signal & was told O2 better. Was told this was not an ungrade, not a new contract & reason he didnt know anything about my account was that he was bottom of ladder & data protection. Only thing he knew was I was on EE. He reconned he could sort me out just by my answering a few questions BUT was also wanting to move me to O2
