It's a scam. Someone claiming to work for BT says your broadband is compromised. Either ignore or waste their time for as long as you're having fun at their expense.
An Indian sounding lady called to say I owed money on a three sim only contract with them. She claimed I had started a new contract with them in May. This is a scam, they claim they are calling from O2 my mobile provider which is not true and they ask you to go through security with them you give false info and they claim all is fine and that they are now on your account. All fake I never gave real info and my provider it is not O2. Beware!!
