SCAM. Recorded message advised my national insurance was to be frozen and I could face imprisonment. I was advised the call was time sensitive and I should press no 1 to speak to an advisor. I didn’t of course.
SCAM - recorded message saying an arrest warrant has been issued in my name due to tax evasion. This is defintiely a scam.

CLEARLY a phishing call: - The NCA will not have your number unless they have had previous contact with you - the NCA do not operate by calling individuals with a recorded voice in this manner
