Some person who couldn t say my name correctly tried to tell me they were from the AA and were offering legal advice re an accident I had had. wrong so wrong, they really do put the phone down when I mentioned cold calling. Blocked...
Silent call..then say connect with dialler...then hang up.
No answer and hung up.
In the middle of January 2015 I received a call from – 08450664665 – regarding my Visa debit card. The guy on the phone said, he was DC Adam Clarke from Charing Cross Police. He called to inform me about to suspects in custody who tried to purchase items worth £ 1200 at the Apple store. “The cashier got suspicious and called us, the police”, said the caller. He knew my name and my correct address. When I asked him how he know my name and address he replied, that my credit card company told him. The call

I did not pick up. No message left.
Although this number is registered to Albany Restorations, the caller said he was from BT and someone was hacking into my internet
Fraud Just like all these numbers that ring me probably the same scammers I never answer but I will say this is a dangerous numbers
SCAM Text to Speech automated call stating that they are from HMRC and that there is an investigation ongoing etc etc and that if I do not press 1 to connect to an agent that an arrest warrant will be issued shortly. Utter Scam. AVOID THIS NUMBER 01610403849 please just hang up. If you are unsure about whether it is real, please do yourself a favour and go onto the HMRC website and contact them using _ONLY_ the number on the official web page.
