My phone diverts numbers not in my phone book to voicemail. If a message is left I consider responding. No message I block. This number left no message so it’s blocked.
SCAM calling about the recent accident I apparently had. When questioned hung up
this rang my landline twice did not leave a message which suggests it is a cold call
