I returned home, checked for calls and found this number. I now add it to the long list of nuisance calls, which I am getting daily. They outnumber genuine ones. I will be gleeful when the perpetrators get prosecuted. It is thanks to the Tellows reports here that I did not return the call.

"Rick", with a foreign accent, said he was from Open Reach. Having had these stupid scam calls before I said "Oh dear, am I about to be cut off". He said I wasn't going to be cut off so I asked why he was phoning me. He hung up.
I have received a miss call close to 2am in the morning on 05/02/21. Thankfully, my phone was off.
SCAM
Asked about recent insulation, then asked if I was the home owner. Told him I was not interested and then started to try a sales pitch. Then hung up promptly after informed that I was busy working.
I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. As far as I can see the "020 5862" code does not even exist. So I suspect it is the latest bogus number bein...
