The caller location came up as Brecon, Wales. I didn't answer it. judging by previous comments I was right not to.
Answering this number gives rise to a recorded message threatening legal action and arrest for tax evasion, and an option to press a number for further action. I rang off, but this looks like a dangerous phishing call that is after personal details (banking details). As it comes from a Westminster landline it should be easy to trace and shut down. It should be investigated by by the police.

Has called me on my mobile sporadically for the past 4 months now. At first I tried to call it back and it just went straight through to on hold music. I skyped back a couple of times to try to hear the company name with which they introduce themselves. They change it each time but it includes the phrase "computer security" after a garbled name. They no longer answer - just call centre sounds in the background. I don t think they like to receive repetetive silent calls. Isn t that sad?
