Hang them ring a few times now and never leave a message which I find to be not polite. Finally had chance to answer and no one spoke and then they hung up after 7 seconds. Not ringing back as it may cost the earth to do so and based on the above I would say this is harassing now.

I received a letter so I went on gov.uk and changed it over with them on my child benefit directly instead and then sent letter back saying I have changed it over on my child benefit and that they have my permission to pay all benefits into the same account. So they should be able to access my bank details from child benefit account. So if it ain't a scam I am covered and if it t is then they aren't getting anything from me. I am intrigued to see if I get a letter back to this as I have requested a reply.

Very annoying! they call me every days even when I have told already that I didnt suffer any accident and ask them to remove my number from the list. I block the caller not sure if that will works but this is absolutely an harassing caller.
