Didn't answer as I did t recognise the number. Phoned back out of curiosity. A man answered who refused to identify himself and claimed he hadn't made any calls.and agreed when I said it must be one of those nuisance calls. HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS as his number appeared on my phone.

SCAM - offering mobile phone deal, citing Carphone warehouse. I contacted Carphone Warehouse, they confirmed it was a scam.
Scam and fraud. Saying that they're phoning on behalf of Housing Associations then County Council and also A Solicitor. When asked which Association, they couldn't name the correct 1 either.Heavy Asian accent. Manchester, Company (?) Alwaalis.
