The third recorded call from Falcom & Pointer today and dozens over the past few weeks. I am fed up with them wasting my time.
Called about my gas boiler and I said we are on TPS and hung up. If TPS worked I would not have been interrupted totally unnecessarily. They (xcel energy cardiff) have been reported previously to TPS and ICO with no apparent effect.
