Automated call supposedly from 'AMAZON Prime' to tell me that £79.99 had been taken from my account to pay the subscription and to press 1 if it was incorrect and press 2 for something else - Needless to say that I did not press either, it is total scam.

They work on behalf of HBOS and are part of said group who collect debt on behalf of HBOS, very unsavoury company who seem to have little regards for the rules
Left msg claiming to be from HMRC requesting call back to hotline. Automated voice with American accent threatened legal action if no call back.

From another site it's a Cardiff code and a recorded voice suggests it's an hmrc source, but number it says to ring is a 0161 No. Advice is don't ring.
