Telemarketing. I have blocked this number because I don t want a new door or new windows.
Asked me to confirm name and if I was the homeowner - I could hear the telltale call centre background noise so terminated the call.

This number called me about 10 times throughout August 2016. I did search up the number then, and saw others had been contacted by this number. I left it at that, until today! The number called me AGAIN, it has been nearly a year! WTF?

Yes that's true - but Richard L is quite correct that 01702 is Southend on Sea in Essex.
01332899709 didn't answer it but called back to see who it was and the call wouldn't go through so definitely dodgy
