SCAM - Called repeatedly claiming (falsely) that I was due compensation for a minor traffic accident from years earlier. Just hang up.

Had repeated calls from this number for a couple of weeks now. When they get the answerphone they always hang up with no message left. Today I answered and established it was life assurance sales. I refused to confirm who I was or to give any information to them. I asked for my number to be removed from their records as I am TPS registered and not interested in their products. To be fair the young man was very polite and apologetic and confirmed my number would be removed and apologised. We shall see!
