01429 192176 (Hartlepool) Do not know this number and couldn't find it on 'who called me' so I tried to call it back and got an operator saying 'you have dialled incorrectly, please hang up and try again' so I would avoid answering it.

Wouldn’t stop calling. Had to end up blocking the number. As I’ve had to with many of these other numbers that have done the same.
