It’s telling me my paypal had been locked and is asking to click on a link. Sounds like scam.

My husband answered the first call, they asked for me and he said I was busy at the time. The caller said it was regarding a petition about animal cruelty I had signed and they would ring back another time. They ve since rang every day but after seeing other comments on here I have not answered the phone to them. I assume they got my phone number from the petitioners.
