Lady knew my last name and claimed to be from a reputable building society - Nationwide. However, she persisted in asking my first name so after she kept pushing, I told her Mrs . She read it out loud but then realised it wasn t what she wanted and so pushed further n asked my full name. I told her just my first - no middle names, then she said Thank you Mam and hung up!

All of the above, when I told him my phone was registered with the TPS he got very abusive and threatening. Then he told me my address and postcode and said people (bailiffs), would come to my home and take everything. I will be reporting him to the police
