I keep getting calls from this number but when I call back it just rings out

SCAM Recorded "national crime" message
Silent call. I answered it and there was no reply. This has happened twice today from this number. I have now blocked it.

I am suspicious of this phone number. The man phoning spoke good English with a strong accent and was convincing. He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year. Re The failed bank payment, the bank itself stopped this money and when I spoke to my bank it was decided that the £149 seemed high for an anti viral program and there was a possibility of fraud. Also, I had not received any notificat
