A man called Angus introduced himself. I could barely make out what he was saying over what sounded like a busy call centre room. It sounded a bit like Pay Day Loan solutions. I heard the words "pay Day" distinctly.

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. They phoned me to say they were Microsoft Specials. Told me my PC had a fault - possibly Virus Infected - and first tried to access my PC via Teamviewer. Scam Text claiming to be from Hermes asking for £1.45 for redelivery with internet link. Told them I'll collect it from the depot and asking for location. Not expecting a response.

Called mid morning, couldn't take call as in work, left a vm of nothing.

Didn’t answer. No message left

Rang today, when I asked why they had called me and how they received my mobile number he just continued with PPI refund speech. Again I explained that I don t have loans or a mortgage so he then began to question me as to if I knew what PPI was as I must have signed up for it. Rude and don t take no for an answer so next time they call I am going to blow a whistle down the ear piece of my phone.
