SPAM said they were from Central Plus Finance, called three times on three different numbers and never left a message. Website looks a bit suspicious

rang today at 6 oclock i said hello he said hello (ASIAN MALE)..i said hello he said hello ..i said who is this and what do you want and he said i want you. i said scuse me? he said i want you. i said dont ring this number again you freak! and hung up. absolutely unbelievable!
Indian call centre claiming I'm owed money for a car I've never had...
Goes through phases of calling several times a week, then nothing for a couple of months. Doesn't take "not interested" as a reason to stop calling. Most of the time the number is from Bournemouth, but occasionally from Bristol - supposedly, because spoofing numbers isn't difficult. They don't seem bothered by calling a TPS number either, which adds to the 'number being spoofed' theory.
