There were no less than five calls from this number while I was out. I did not need to be told it was the criminals pestering me again as I have had so many of them. However it was confirmed next day when a call came from a slightly different number, 01614357985. Other sites informed me a large number of people had been called similarly. Asked for acc details, put phone down and immediately rang my appliance insurance company and they said they havent been taken over by smart insurance. I felt relieved that i hadnt given out my bank details but its shocking how lnowledgeable they were and the information they currency had on it. Blocked immediately. Pls beware and be careful.

He said he was updating records, to stop me getting nuisance calls for life ( alarm bells already ringing). He asked me to confirm that I paid my phone contract by direct debit, and then asked me to confirm my card expiry date...at which point, I hung up.
