Warning this company is a con they will not do anything with your company other than sign you in personally. And even if your a Ltd company they go for you. They don t sell anything other than trouble. And I am putting it very nicely.
My credit card issuer informed me that a fraudster tried to change my number to this one. Presumably to get OTP sent to them, not me
Also tried to tell me I was owed money from bank and kept on going when I said it was a lie

Do not engage with these people at all they use old data to chase debt so who ever they are looking for has typically long since gone. They take on old debt from banks and other organisations. You can call to say that person is no longer at the address but they will make that difficult and still likely ignore it. If they keep doing it report them to BT. This is harassment via autodialer.
