Had a call from this number asking for me but I was not available to take the call. Another site said they were scammers and to give no info over the phone.
They phoned could hear noise in background then they hung up after around 10 seconds

Phone blocked it as it should as calling 0843 number back costs a minimum of 40p but it can be more as it is a service number with its own charges. If you answer it you should not be charged but they generally only ring for 1 or 2 seconds so you can never get to answer it. Just a scam to get you to ring back and be charged for the privilege. I called back one once and had a recorded message, "You have been registered" and then it hung up. Charged 40 p for the useless information.
More than likely a PPI Company Tried to call the number back and got an automated message (RTA Legal Advice)
Automated call - probably someone checking whether a phone number is valid.
Scam - apparently I am being done for tax evasion on an automated message. Cowards rang off before I could give them a piece of my mind, and use Anglo Saxon language back to them.
